Before they send you an email.
Before they talk with you on the phone.
Before they meet you in person at your office.
Before your customers do any of those things, chances are they’ve already seen you, and formed an impression of you based on what they’ve seen. Headshots are the cornerstone of your professional imaging, and create a foundation for your brand that sets the tone for those first impressions.
Why invest in professional headshots?
A professional headshot can create a connection between you and your customers during those all-important first few seconds they’re browsing your website or checking you out on social media. Your ideal clients will notice you, see you for who you really are, and appreciate that you care about quality and your professional image.
When I work with clients, I take the time to get to know them, so they are relaxed and feel free to be their authentic selves in front of the camera. Then I use my knowledge of lighting, posing, angles, wardrobe, and backdrops to capture their true essence, highlighting their best features and creating images that inspire confidence and trust.
A professional headshot ensures that wherever your image appears—on your website, in a Google search done by a prospective employer, on a program for an event, or on social media—you are represented as you truly are, with beauty and clarity.
What are the added benefits of having your headshots done by a brandographer?
As a brandographer, I approach headshots strategically. In addition to getting to know you so you feel comfortable enough to be your true self during our shoot, I get to know your business—what you do, why you do it, who you serve, and what you love about it. I use my knowledge of your business, your goals, your target audience, and the intended use of the headshots to guide you in wardrobe choices and pose you in ways that capture your professionalism and approachability.
